Part of a major shopping center renovation, the goal was to implement a new brand concept on an existing building. The exterior utilized Nichiha panels over the existing masonry construction and faux wood louvers over the windows. The new concept introduced natural light into the store by punching windows across the front of the building, and a spacious feel by leaving the sales floor ceiling open to the structure above and providing "floating ceilings" at the food service areas.

Working with Stop & Shop Decor Department we provided an animation walkthrough in advance of construction. The 3d animation allowed a prview of the new brand concept to the Board of Directors who were able to make changes before construction began, ultimately saving time and money for the project.
