The carpenters union reached out and designated the project a worthy training exercise for its apprenticeship program.  Master carpenters and their apprentice provided highly skilled free labor for all the carpentry trades throughout the project while being coordinated by the construction manager general contractor, responsible for all the other construction activities.

Situated on the campus of Stone Hill College, the House of Possibilities is a state of the art facility that provides support to families having children and adults with developmental challenges, both cognitive and or physical by providing high quality programming and weekend respite services, include overnight respite that supports individuals and their families requiring 24/7 care.  The construction process was a unique collaborative between the Carpenters Union and the construction manager contractor.  Funded by the Yawkey foundation, the House of Possibilities is a 501-3c charitable organization.
