We re-imagined the forms of the existing façade with additions, subtractions, a new lighting concept, and a clean palette of materials, making it novel and exciting.   The fresh, new look for the Plaza, which is situated in a dense commercial area, enable it to compete for high-end tenants with recently completed transit-oriented development, and mixed-use retail neighbors nearby.

Renovation and urban renewal project for a shopping plaza, which was situated in a dense commercial area in Medford. The project  involved creating design and construction documents for the façade renovations; core and shell updates for new tenant fit-ups; lease diagrams, 3-D renderings, and marketing materials.  The project included the planning, design, and construction of a corresponding 9,000 square foot mixed-restaurant pad building.
