A large part of this transformation was creating a sophisticated arrival point for the new multi-tenant entrance without changing the interior or exterior architecture.  This was achieved by adding indoor planters, wood veneer panels, granite accents, updated lighting an automatic entrance with heated vestibule with a protective canopy.  SGA has been the one constant throughout all of the renovations, providing conceptual design, leasing support, construction documents, and administration supporting the building owner's every need.  

SGA has been involved in the design development and ongoing tenant modifications to this four-story office building in Burlington, MA for over ten years.  Since it's origination as a headquarters for GTE Internetworking in 1995, the building has undergone an extensive transformation.  From a single 1,250 occupant headquarters building; to a multi-tenant high-tech facility that accommodates seven major companies such as Raytheon, Sprint, SAP, Sunguard, Streamserve, SOPHOS, and an on-site management office.
